Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Puzhen Tea. We sincerely hope you are healthy and happy. If you are not satisfied with the purchased items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving the goods. For returns, please follow the instructions and choose the same express delivery method as the original shipment. For exchanges, please refer to the information at the bottom.

According to the Ukrainian Consumer Protection Law: “Consumers of distance or off-premises transactions may return the goods or rescind the contract in writing within seven days of receiving the goods or accepting the service, without providing any reason and without bearing any costs or obligations.
However, there are reasonable exceptions to distance transactions.”

If you are not satisfied with the received goods, you may return the items within 14 days from the day after receiving them. Please choose a convenient way to return the goods to the Puzhen Tea shipping address. Upon receiving the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to you.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in pristine condition and maintain their original state, meaning product packaging is intact, and tea leaves are not brewed. All packaging seals and labels must remain attached to the items. Please ensure that all products are returned in their original packaging.
Each order is eligible for one return only, so please return all items in the same package.
We only accept returns from the original shipping country or region (e.g., items shipped to the USA must be returned from a US shipping address); otherwise, returns will not be accepted.
Returns of tea packaging that has been opened or tampered with will not be accepted.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used for your next purchase at Puzhen Tea. Please note that Puzhen Tea will not refund shipping fees for returned items.
Puzhen Tea will not refund insurance and handling fees for returned items.
If returned items arrive in separate packages, please place the items you wish to return inside the original package and use the provided return label for each package individually.

Exchange Conditions

Items eligible for exchange must be in new, unused condition and must retain their original packaging without any signs of damage or tampering. All sealed labels must remain attached to the items.
We only accept one exchange request per item. Multiple exchange requests for the same item from the same order will be refused.
If you wish to exchange multiple items from the same order, all items must be returned together in one package. We reserve the right to refuse multiple exchanges from the same order.
The shipping service used for the return package must be the same carrier used for the original delivery (EMS).
We only accept exchange items originating from the original delivery country or region. For example, items delivered to the United States must be returned from the original shipping address in the United States. Otherwise, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred due to the return (import fees and shipping costs will be your responsibility).
OEM and customized items are not eligible for exchange or return.
