The order amount will be reserved on your card as an authorization until the order is shipped (at which point the corresponding amount will be deducted) or the order is canceled (at which point the authorization hold will be canceled).
For all credit card payments: refunds will always be credited back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
The system will recognize whether the respective credit card is enrolled in the 3D Secure program.
These developed security systems are designed to ensure that registered cardholders and online retailers (such as Puzhen Tea) can conduct transactions. If your card is part of the 3-D Secure program, a pop-up window will appear when you shop online, prompting you to enter a password. This window is connected to your bank and requires you to enter your SecureCode (the password you previously selected). Only by entering the correct password can you proceed with the payment.
If your credit card is not enrolled in any of the above programs, you may be able to make a payment directly without further verification. For more information about credit card security systems, please refer to Visa Secure or Mastercard SecureCode.
The system recognizes whether the shipping address is identical to the address that has been provided to American Express as the billing address (Amex address verification system).
If the address is not identical, you will be asked to provide a different shipping address in a separate email. Your shipment will not be dispatched until the authentication is successful.
During the “Payment” step of the checkout process, please select the “Instant Bank Transfer” option as your payment method. The system will guide you to select the bank of your account. In the final step of checkout, you can review your order details and confirm the purchase. Depending on your device
type and bank procedures, you will be redirected to the online banking login page or the respective bank application. Simply log in and authenticate to approve the online bank transfer. Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation.

For every order paid through an instant bank transfer, Puzhen Tea will donate 1 USD to the non-profit organization UNITED24 project. The goal of UNITED24 is to raise funds for Ukraine with a comprehensive plan including regular procurement, maintenance, and timely replacement of drones, as well as training of operators. The “Drone Army” will help the Ukrainian Armed Forces monitor the front line, spanning approximately 2470 kilometers, and effectively repel the enemy.
