Puzhen Tea has calculated its carbon footprint, which refers to the total greenhouse gas (CO2e) emissions associated with the company. We are committed to taking measures to reduce our carbon footprint, such as using over 90% renewable energy in our operations and employing environmentally friendly packaging to enhance the shopping experience. While some emissions are unavoidable, we support climate action by funding projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
You can also support climate action by funding projects that offset the carbon emissions generated by your orders during packaging, shipping, and potential returns.
It`s estimated that each order generates approximately 12 kilograms of carbon emissions, roughly equivalent to the annual carbon absorption of a beech tree.
Puzhen Tea`s carbon footprint encompasses all direct and indirect emissions generated internally by the company, as well as partial indirect emissions associated with product packaging, order shipping and returns, business travel, and employee commuting.
Goods destined for customers’ countries are shipped via international airmail parcels through the Taiwan Postal Service EMS by our partnering tea gardens in Taiwan. All goods are dispatched from Taiwan and have been insured against theft and accidental damage. The insurance becomes void upon receipt and signing of the delivery note.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to postal boxes. If an order requires split shipments, we will charge for each delivery separately.
Our processing and shipping times are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Taipei time, Monday through Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Taipei time on Saturdays (excluding Taiwan statutory holidays). Goods are dispatched within one working day of receipt of payment at the earliest. If there are any changes to the delivery schedule, we will notify you promptly.

The classic Tin Can from Puzhen Tea is a minimalist and stable tea product. Through the visual appeal of packaging colors, the tea flavors are divided into four keynotes: refreshing aroma series, mature aroma series, special flavor, and cellar-stored series. These four colors guide you to intuitively find your
favorite magical herb from the Orient.
Puzhen Tea`s large-capacity classic tea products come in a matte-textured, round-arch shaped paper canister that accentuates its soft lines. Each canister includes a complimentary metal sealing clip to help preserve the exquisite flavor of this magical herb from the East.
